Education and Income are the core tenets of one’s wealth. As a biomedical scientist, Dr. Margaret Akinhanmi learned that education and income are also indicators of one’s health. Therefore, health and wealth are inextricably tied. Wealth gives folks access to adopt better behaviors to improve health. Dr. Margaret wants to give African Americans access to better money behaviors so that they can build wealth to improve their health. Because of this pursuit, Dr. Margaret established Akinhanmi & Co.
